1. Raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares to the existing shareholders of the Company on a rights basis ("Rights Issue") upto Rs. 45 crores;
2. Appointed Mrs. Monal Kapadia as the Company Secretary and compliance officer of the Company with effect from May 13, 2016;
