| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maharashtra Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. Approved and decided to change the accounting year of the Company from the existing July - June period to the financial year April - March;
2. Agreed to close the accounts of the Company till the period ended March 31, 2014 and shall submit audited results of the Company for such period of nine months, i.e., from July 01, 2013 to March 31, 2014; and
3. Hereinafter opts to close its annual accounts on 31st March every year. |
