Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 21, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive).
