1. Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2017.
2. To recommend Dividend for the Financial Year 2017, if thought appropriate by the Board of Directors.
Further, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company is closed from January 08, 2018 and shall remain closed up to February 09, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose in compliance with the Company’s Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading. |
