Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2016, inter-alia considered and approved the following :

1. Recommend to Members for appointment of Smt A.Syamala Reddy as an Independent Women Director of the Company.

2. Ratification of appointment of Statutory Auditors for the year 2016-17.

3. Recommend to Members for appointment of Shri L.V.Rao, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.

4. Approval of Draft Notice and Director's Report of 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the year 2015-16 and to fix the date, venue there for.

5. Providing E-Voting facility to the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and to appoint scrutinizer for the same.
