| Exchange Disseminated Time | W. S. Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting of the Company has been rescheduled on November 29, 2014, inter-alia, and to consider and approve the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the 12 months period ended September 30, 2014.
The Board vide its Circular Resolution dated November 04, 2014 has passed the above resolution and has also approved:
1. Convening of the next Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of the company for the year and finalization of the notice to the shareholders for the same shall be decided in the November 29, 2014 meeting.
2. Earlier board resolution to extend the financial year by 3 months and also the approval from the Registrar of Companies to extend the financial year by another 3 months will not be given effect to
3. The meeting originally scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014 to consider the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 is rescheduled to be held on November 29, 2014 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended September 30, 2014. |
