| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Orient Cement Ltd has informed BSE that, as per Orient Cement Limited - Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (including Directors) from April 15, 2014 till May 03, 2014 for the purpose of declaration of the Annual Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2014. All designated employees have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
