| Exchange Disseminated Time | GM Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on May 10, 2011, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Profit & Loss Account of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011 for the year ended March 31, 2011, and the Balance Sheet as at that date, Auditors Report thereon and the Report of the Director's.
2. Declaration of Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2011 at the rate of 25% on 93,58,100 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2011.
3. Appointment of Shri. Mukund G Diwan & Shri Ashwin P Mehta as Directors of the Company.
4. Appointment of M/s. V P Mehta & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Accorded approval to Shri. Vipul P. Mehta, Proprietor of M/s. V P Mehta & Co.. Chartered Accountants, relative of Shri. Ashwin P. Mehta, a Director of the Company, to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting as Auditors of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
