"The news item appearing in "CNBC TV 18" titled "Joint Lender Forum to take control of Electrocasting no open offer" is not relating to the Company.
Further, there has been no event which requires intimation to the Stock Exchange under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement.
The Company keeps the Stock Exchanges informed about events, information etc. including price sensitive information in accordance with the regulatory requirements. We continue to endeavor to maintain highest standard of corporate governance practices and disclosure standards." |
