1. To take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
2. Fix day, time and place of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended on March 31,2016 and other connected matters.
3. To fix the date of closure of Registers of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the trading window will remain closed from August 28, 2016 to September 05, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all directors & designated employees of the Company. |
