Accordingly, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on March 03, 2017 allotted 707 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS. Consequently, with effect from March 03, 2017, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.1,08,18,23,460/-consisting of 21,63,64,692 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
