    In continuation of our letter dated 23rd September 2017 regarding summary proceedings of the 29th Annual General Meeting held on 22.09.2017, we further inform you that at the said meeting the following Independent Directors were appointed:-

    1) Mr. Santosh Kumar Agrawala (DIN: 00364962) for a period of five (5) consecutive years with effect from 14 November 2016;

    2) Mr. Suryakant Balkrishna Mainak (DIN: 02531129) for a period of five (5) consecutive years with effect from 3 August 2017.
