| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/05/2016 12:36:24 | Kirloskar Brothers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved an amendment in Clause No. 19 of Company's Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider so as to provide period of Trading Window closure from 10 days to 30 days.
In terms of the requirement of Regulation 8 (2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
Further, as required by the said regulations, a copy of the amended code is being uploaded on the Company's website. |
