| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/05/2016 18:22:50 | Punjab National Bank has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 18, 2016, to consider and take on record the Audited Annual Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per PNB Code of Conduct and Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading & Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Bank will be closed from May 11, 2016 to May 19, 2016 (Thursday) (both dates inclusive) for Directors / Designated Persons of the Bank. |
