| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hitech Plast Ltd has informed BSE that M/s Shah & Company, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, Statutory Auditors of the Company have informed the Company that in view of Section 139 of Companies Act, 2013, they do not seek reappointment at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The matter was discussed at the Board Meeting held on May 26, 2014 and the Board has recommended the appointment of M/s Manubhai & Shah, Chartered Accountants as next Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM. |
