| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/01/2016 10:33:37 | Jyothy Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that next Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on January 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter/ Nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, pursuant to Clause 5 of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, trading window to deal in Company shares is closed for designated persons from January 01, 2016 till the end of forty eight hours after such financial results become generally available.
The Company will also hold investor/ analyst calls on January 28, 2016 on the financial performance of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 and the details of the said calls and presentation, if any, will be published on the Company's website www.jyothylaboratories.com in due course. |
