Ltd (Transferee) and Flomic Freight Services Private Limited. Pursuant to which the e-voting and Postal ballot voting for public shareholders shall remain open from January 21, 2018 (9:00 a.m onwards) till February 19, 2018 (5:00 p.m.) for a period on 30 days. Members being shareholders as on January 19, 2018 will only be eligible to cast their votes. |
