1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Accounts and Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2011.
2. To consider recommending dividend on preference and equity shares, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2011.
3. To fix the date of 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to approve of the Company.
4. To fix the date of Book Closure for the purpose of the 4th AGM / equity dividend, if any, of the Company. |
