In this connection, Alok Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that in view of the unavailability of some of the Directors, the Company has decided to postpone the Board Meeting to February 14, 2017. The Agenda of the meeting remains unchanged.
Further in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed from February 05, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
