1. Appointment of Mr. Sunil Duggal as CEO & Whole-time Director of the Company w.e.f. October 01, 2015, for a period of 3 years.
2. Extension in the tenure of Mr. Akhilesh Joshi as Whole-time Director of the Company for a further period of one year w.e.f. October 01, 2015.
3. Resignation of Mr. R. Kannan as Director from the Board, due to his pre-occupation. |
