| Exchange Disseminated Time | Britannia Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting to consider and announce the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 is scheduled on February 03, 2015 in that respect the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from January 14, 2015 to till 24 hours after the Un-audited Financial Results are made public.
During this period, none of the Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
