| Exchange Disseminated Time | Future Market Networks Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Mr. Vijai Singh Dugar, Independent Director of the Company has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board. The post of Chairman became vacant consequent to the resignation of Mr. Ameet Naik w.e.f. March 28, 2015.
2. Mr. Rampal Laddha - Vice President Accounts and Finance has been authorized to discharge the responsibilties of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect. |
