To approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended 30th September, 2017 in the prescribed format in terms of requirement of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 2.00 PM and concluded at 4.30 PM.
