1. Adoption of the Directors’ Report and the Audited profit and loss account for the year ended March 31, 2009 and the Balance Sheet as on that date and the Auditors’ report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. R Surendran, as a Director of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Shanker Giri & Prabhakar, Chartered Accountants, Chennai, as auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the 31st Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
