| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aro Granite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 02, 2014 to September 06, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 06, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, in compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 and clause 35B of the Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges, the Company is pleased to provide members the facility to exercise their right to vote at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) by electronic means and the business may be transacted through e-voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
The Company has fixed August 01, 2014 as the Cut-off date for ascertaining the name of the shareholders, holding shares in physical form or in dematerialised form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically during August 31, 2014 (9.30 a.m.) to September 02, 2014 (5.30 p.m.) in respect of the business to be transacted at the aforesaid AGM. |
