| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/07/2016 11:43:35 | Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016 (subject to prior review by the Audit Committee on August 10, 2016 ).
Further, as per the Company’s "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insider”, framed pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the “Trading Window” of the Company shall remain closed for “Designated Persons” and “Insider” from July 30, 2016 till 48 hours after the date of declaration/publication of the aforesaid unaudited financial results (both days inclusive). |
