1. The retirement of Mr. Vidyaprakash D from the Executive Chairmanship and resignation from the Directorship of the Company with effect from March 31, 2014.
2. The appointment of Mr. Sumanth Ramamurthi as Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
3. The appointment of Mr. A. S. Thirumoorthy as Additional and Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
