| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 12, 2015 to September 18, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 18, 2015.
The dividend if approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after September 23, 2015.
Further, the Company has provided electronic voting (e-voting) facility to the members through electronic voting platform of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). Members holding shares either in physical or demat mode as on the cutoff date, i.e., August 11, 2015 may cast their votes electronically on the businesses set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The e-voting shall commence from 9.00 a.m. on September 15, 2015 and shall end at 5.00 p.m. on September 17, 2015. |
