1. Authorized Mr. Mukund Mehta, Managing Director of the Company, to oversee the entire E-voting Process at the 23 AGM of the Company;
2. Appointed Mr. Deep Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary as a Scrutinizer to conduct the entire voting Process at the 23rd AGM of the Company [including e-voting) and to submit the Report for declaration of the results thereof. |
