1. Approved Notice of the AGM of the Company was considered and approved to send to all shareholders in electronic and physical mode as the case may be.
2. Mr. Satyaki Praharaj, Company Secretary in Practice was appointed as Scrutinizer to conduct the e-voting process of AGM resolutions in fair and transparent manner.
3. Approved, Subject to Shareholders approval at the AGM and approval of Stock Exchange. Reclassification of certain Individuals/persons from promoter category to public category under Reg 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, from whom request was received by the Company. |
