| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shriram EPC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2013, has approved the following:
1. Mr. T. Shivaraman has been re-appointed as the Managing Director & CEO for a further period of three years effective from September 20, 2012 at the same remuneration as approved by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2010.
2. Mr. M. Amjad Shariff has been re-appointed as the Joint Managing Director for a further period of three years effective from September 20, 2012 at the same remuneration as approved by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2010. |
