1. Recommend to the members for appointment of Shri. S. Hanumantha Rao, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for reappointment.
2. Recommend to the members for appointment of Smt. B. Sandhyasri, as an Independent Director of the Company for a term up to 5 years, under Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. Recommend to the members for alteration of Clause 145 of the Articles of Association of the Company under Section 14 of the Companies Act, 2013 by substituting new Clause 145.
4. Recommend to the members for ratification of the remuneration of the Cost Auditors, for the financial year ending March 31, 2016. |
