| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 30, 2007, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007, the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March31, 2007 together with the Directors Report and the Auditors Report thereon.
2. Declaration of dividend @ 45% i.e. Rs 4.50 per share on the equity share capital of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.
3. Re-appointment of Mr. A P Muthuswami and Mr. P Velayudhan Pillai as Directors of the Company.
5. Appointment of M/s. G Balu Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting. |
