| Exchange Disseminated Time | HB Leasing & Finance Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter! nine months ended December 31, 2014.
As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the ‘Trading window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from January 28, 2015 to February 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter! nine months ended December 31, 2014. |
