Country Condo's Ltd at the Share Exchange Ratio of 29:5 (i.e., For Every 5 Equity Shares of M/s. Country Club Bangalore Ltd. 29 New Equity Shares of M/s. Country Condo's Ltd. will be allotted) the Company has fixed Record Date as July 15, 2010, for finalizing the List of Shareholders of the Transferor Company.
Further the Company has informed that the Shareholders of M/s. Country Condo's Ltd. are not entitled to any Corporate Benefits arising from the Fixture of Record date as on July 15, 2010. |
