| Exchange Disseminated Time | PTC India Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE regarding a Press Release dated March 30, 2012, titled "PTC India Financial Services Limited (PFS) divests its part stake in Indian Energy Exchange Limited".
Press Release:
"PFS has sold its part stake in Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) at more than 16 times the cost. The Company has divested 14.01% stake in IEX at Rs. 166.51 per share, aggregating to Rs. 70.76 crores. It may be mentioned that PFS had subscribed to the shares at face value of Rs. 10 per share, and, during FY11 had also divested part stake in IEX at Rs. 115.41 per share."
