| Exchange Disseminated Time | Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Special Resolutions as under:
1. To appoint Mr. Sudhakar Ramasubramanian as the "Executive Director" of the Company for a period of three years with effect from March 06, 2009, without remuneration, on non-rotational basis, subject to necessary terms & conditions.
2. To alter the Articles of Association of the Company by inserting Article 210 and 211 after the existing Article 209 of the Articles of Association.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Lakshmmi Subramanian, Practicing Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before April 23, 2009.
