Clarification relating to Dividend on Bonus Shares

Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has clarified to BSE that 1,24,02,124 Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each are allotted on August 29, 2013 by the Bonus Shares Allotment Committee of the Board of Director of the Company in exercise of powers granted by the Equity Shareholders of the Company by way of Ordinary Resolution at their Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 17, 2013.

In line of the above, the Bonus Equity Shares have been allotted on August 29, 2013 before the record date of dividend i.e. September 28, 2013 and due to the same, such Equity Shares are entitled for the Dividend, if declared in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2013.
