The Board of Directors has fixed March 14, 2017 as the Record Date to ascertain the list of members entitled to receive the interim dividend declared by the Board of Directors. Further, the interim dividend shall be paid to the shareholders entitled thereto, on and from March 20, 2017. The Dividend cheques would be posted on or after March 20, 2017 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of dividend as provided in the Companies Act, 2013. |
