| Exchange Disseminated Time | Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Ltd has informed BSE that the Rights Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 25, 2011, inter alia, has approved the following w.r.t. the proposed Rights Issue of the Company.
1. Issue Price:
The Issue Price has been fixed at Rs. 52/- (Rupees Fifty Two) per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 42/- {Rupees Forty Two}).
2. Rights entitlement ratio:
The Rights entitlement ratio has been fixed at 5 Equity Shares for every 9 Equity Shares held on the record date.
3. Size of the Rights Issue:
Based on the issue price and the rights entitlement ratio as given above, the Company proposes to issue 5,665,856 Equity Shares on a rights basis to its existing equity shareholders aggregating approximately Rs. 294.62 million. |
