| Exchange Disseminated Time | Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 22, 2013, has approved the formation of a committee of directors ("Restructuring Committee") to analyze and evaluate various options available to restructure the "operational, accounting and legal footprint of Smart Class business" of the Educomp group, primarily to bring about better synergy across the group, optimal utilisation of resources and enhance value for its shareholders.
The restructuring Committee is authorised to engage and appoint such consultants/advisors as it may deem fit to advise and assist it in evaluating the restructuring options, and is further authorised to do all such acts, deeds and things, as it may deem necessary and desirable for the same. |
