| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/10/2016 18:47:55 | With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 19, 2016, regarding Issue of Non-Convertible Debt Securities'. AXIS Bank Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank vide its Resolution passed by Circulation on October 20, 2016, allotted 50,000 Senior Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10 lakh each for cash at par aggregating to Rs. 5000 crore, on a private placement basis. The said Debentures will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market segment of the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
The said Debentures is rated "AAA/Stable" by CRISIL and AAA by ICRA & CARE. |
