1. Consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017.
2. Consider and recommend a dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017.
Under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities, viz. Equity Shares, will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company from May 08, 2017 till the expiry of 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017 are made public. |
