Pursuant to Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed from January 24, 2017 till closure of Company's business hours on February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on February 05, 2017.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from January 24, 2017 to February 04, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
