1. Approved Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017.
2. Approved Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2017.
3. Recommended a dividend of Rs. 8/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2017. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on or after August 4, 2017.
4. Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday July 28, 2017 to Wednesday August 2, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend.
5. The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
