Suryanarayanan from the services of L&T Financial Services Group in the month of November 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company has accepted his resignation as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on October 25, 2016.
In view of the aforesaid, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 25, 2016 has appointed Ms. Apurva Rathod as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (under the Listing Regulations) of the Company w.e.f. October 26, 2016. |
