For the above purpose and pursuant to the Company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed from Friday, January 26, 2018 upto Friday, February 09, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Saturday, February 10, 2018.
