| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia:
- To consider & approve the Un-audited (Reviewed) Standalone Financial Results of the Bank together with relevant segment reporting, for the quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).
Further the Bank also confirm having announced the closure of “Trading window” under provision of "Bank of Baroda Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading” from February 02, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both Days inclusive).
The Bank also informed that, the Bank will hold press / analysts meet on the same day at the same venue. |
