| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/10/2016 17:44:34 | Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 02, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 24, 2016 to November 04, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the above mentioned period.
The trading window shall open from November 07, 2016. |
