Further the Company has informed that Sh. K Raghuraman, Director on the Board of the Company has superannuated as Executive Director of Punjab National Bank on September 30, 2008. Consequently, he has tendered his resignation from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. September 30, 2008. The resignation letter tendered by him shall be placed before the Board in its next Meeting for acceptance. |
